Hello LCA Families,
I hope that everyone is enjoying their summer and had a wonderful 4th of July celebration. Now that the holiday has passed many are starting to think about the upcoming year and what needs to be done in preparation. Let me be of assistance and provide you with some important information for our athletic program.

1. Please make sure you are registered and current with all your admission fees. STUDENTS MAY NOT PRACTICE or PLAY with their sports if they are not enrolled in LCA.
2. Please make sure your son/daughter’s physical is up-to-date. STUDENTS MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IF THEIR PHYSICALS ARE EXPIRED. If you are unsure when your physical expires please email me and I will make sure to get you that information.
3. Volleyball ($250) and Fall Soccer ($200) fees are due August 1st, at which time if IF HALF OF THE FEE HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED until paid.
4. We will be giving multiple opportunities to attend a MANDATORY athletic meeting. This will be required for ALL LCA athletes. Until one of the meetings have been attended PARTICIPATION IN EXTRACURRICULAR EVENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. Once time and date has been determined we will notify families so that they may make arrangements to attend.
*Those who attended the HS volleyball meeting in May are exempt, but encouraged to attend another meeting to be informed about the new LCA and TAPPS procedures.

TAPPS is switching to a new athletic management software. Once this is up and running we will be sending out instructions for ALL families to complete in order to participate in TAPPS events.
